How long does a divorce take?
If both spouses agree and nothing is disputed, it is short. A dispute over children or property can take several months. At the first meeting I give you an estimate for your case.
My spouse does not agree. Can I still get divorced?
Yes. Without consent, the divorce goes through court. The court may allow time for reconciliation, but it cannot make you stay married.
Who will the children live with?
The court decides based on the child's interests: living conditions, bond with each parent and daily care. I help you support your position with evidence.
How is child support calculated?
